Steps to Track Your Order:

  2. Find your tracking number in the email. You will also see the link to the carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS).
  3. Click the tracking link or go to the carrier’s website directly and enter your tracking number to see the status of your package.

If you have an account with us, you can also log in and view your order status directly through your Order History page.


2. Tracking Your Order Without an Account

If you do not have an account with us, you can still track your order easily. Follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Order Tracking page on our website.
  2. Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order.
  3. Click Track to view your order status and shipping details.

Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email.


3. Where to Find Your Tracking Number

  • Order Confirmation Email: After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and shipping details.
  • Account Page: If you have created an account with us, you can log in and go to the Order History section. Your tracking number will be listed under the relevant order.

4. Delivery Status

When you track your order, you may see different status updates, such as:

  • Order Received: We’ve received your order and are preparing it for shipment.
  • Shipped: Your order has been shipped and is on its way.

  • Out for Delivery: Your package is out for delivery today.
  • Delivered: Your package has been delivered successfully.

If your package shows as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check around your delivery area (e.g., front porch, mailbox, or with neighbors). If you still cannot locate it, contact the carrier directly or reach out to our customer service team.
